What is the class based on?
The class includes a remix of collaboration material. Use the recording to follow the specific sequence and the role changes demonstrated in the lesson. Keep your practice task focused on communicating the movement through leading and following.
Choose a small section with a clear connection
Identify the action before and after the transition you want to study. Mark the order at a manageable pace, then use the explanation in the class to clarify the movement. Repeating the same short section gives you a consistent comparison between attempts.
With your partner, discuss one concrete moment after an attempt. You might ask whether the preparation for the next action was understandable or whether the return to a familiar step stayed clear. Use the answer to decide what to revisit in the recording.
Revisit the sequence from both roles
Agree on roles before beginning each practice task. When you exchange roles between attempts, restart the same section and give the newer perspective enough time. Return to a simpler foundation when the task needs clarification.
