Thanks so much, this is super helpful! I do look at my videos and I know they’re bad, but sometimes I can’t pinpoint the issue exactly, so this is exactly what I needed!
Claudia
Thanks so much Felipe! Every bit of feedback you’ve given me today is absolutely golden 🙏 it really hit bullseye 🎯 on the things I feel for myself I’m lacking and, as always, you managed to give me direction so I can actually do something about it. You can’t imagine how grateful I am, thank you thank you! 🙏🙏

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for letting me part of this special experience
To better and faster improve your turns and spinning, start by completing the full course you have on Spinning and then, if you get tired of technique do the intermediate bachata combo, but, if you’re not tired go straight to Class 9 of our Bachata Beginner’s Course.
Make sure to maintain your posture and don’t forget to spot properly!
To better improve your arms start from one of these following classes/course and only then go enjoy all the styling classes we have for you.
In order to be more confident with your styling make sure to go through the Rules of Styling so you understand what you can and can’t do and then go to the comercial class below and finish up with a bachata styling choreos we have for you. Filipa’s class below is a good start.
To never run out moves, start by doing our symmetry course and then it would be good for you to learn our puzzle technique that we teach in the salsa class below but can be applied to any social dance. And finally if you just want some quick new combos for the party this week then you can grab any of our festival combo classes below.
If you just started bachata then start by doing our full beginner’s course as a leader and as a follower and make sure to go through the Bachata Vocabulary Checklist before doing a combo class. Our classes are also divided per levels so you don’t have to be afraid of choosing a class that is not personalised for you.
There are different ways in which you can improve your styling with us in the online academy. You can either take the Technique Route with our styling course or if you prefer to go to more choreography type of classes you can choose from many of the ones we have. Like Jessica’s class you can see below. Finally, if your goal is to do this in partnerwork, start by taking the class “how to transform a styling class into partnerwork”.
Take our full musicality class either in Spanish or in English. After, check out how it changes when we add Rolerotation to the mix.
Try one of the following classes and make sure you understand the principles on how your body works for dancing.
If you want to learn specificly for bachata start with the first class below. To learn more about your body choose the second class and then, do not forget to stretch and warm up your body to prevent injuries.
To understand Rolerotation start by doing our Rolerotation Technique class, then try one of the many combos we have. Try in other dance styles like salsa and kizomba too.
In order to start dancing the other role, put your ego aside, and just go again over the beginner’s course and the vocabulary checklist in your new role. Remember you will learn much faster now because you already understand one role. After quickly running through it go and try all the combos we have until you feel confident to advance to rolerotation classes.
Obviously, the more versatile as a dancer and the more dance styles you control the more your body awareness and dance improves. Try with these other dance styles and try to find ways to implement them in your social dances.
