With more and more stories shared and people speaking up about situations with their boundaries being crossed in the dance scene, we wanted to show our support and do something
For us, it is really important to address this as we are fighting for a safe & equal dancing space for everyone. Therefore, drawing from our experience as professional dancers, teachers, Fiorella working as a psychologist and Linda working on high schools..
We did this FREE online class on how to recognise, communicate & respect boundaries in social dancing. The goal of this class is to share information, share valuable insights and practical tips & tools to be able to better understand your own boundaries, address and communicate them with other people, and respect your own and others’ boundaries in social dancing.
The class is focused on social dancing and tips are provided, though options and solutions are not limited to the things shared in this hour! We would be happy for you to use it for your own personal growth, personal practice, and to educate our fellow dancers and teachers to keep spreading the knowledge 🙂
